Welcome to Acme Holidays. By simply booking our engaging services, you always agree to comply with the below-mentioned Terms & Conditions. Please carefully read them before making any booking.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions simply apply to every single trip booking made with Our Travel Agency, whether online, via phone, or in person.

By finalizing your tour booking, you admit that you have cautiously read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.

2. Bookings and Payments


Every single booking is subject to availability at the time of reservation.

A deposit or complete payment may be needed to safeguard your booking.

Payments can be made with the help of [list payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, UPI, and many more].

Prices are simply mentioned in terms of [currency] and may change just because of exchange rates, taxes, or other factors.

3. Cancellations and Refunds


Cancellations must be made in writing (either email or letter).

Refund eligibility totally relies on the cancellation policy of hotels, airlines, and any other third-party service.

Our agency may also reduce service charges and non-refundable fees from refunds.

No refunds will be provided for unavailability or unutilized services.


4. Modifications


Any type of change (date changes, name corrections, and others) is simply subject to availability and extra charges.

Airlines, hotels, and third-party service providers may apply separate change fees.

5. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to have ownership of genuine passports, visas, permits, and any other needed documents.

Our travel agency is not accountable for any additional entry, boarding, or extra costs just because of incomplete/invalid documents.
